At LCN, we continue to strengthen our industrial capabilities where results truly begin: in the tooling.

We have incorporated a new wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) machine, together with a controlled-environment clean room with stabilised temperature and humidity, with the aim of raising the level of precision in the manufacturing and adjustment of our tools.

This investment has a direct and tangible impact:

? greater tooling precision, as the basis for more stable production performance,
? improved final product quality, by reducing variability at the source,
? shorter adjustment and set-up times for new projects,
? greater geometric robustness and less need for subsequent corrections,
? and greater repeatability and reliability in series production.
